With over 15 years of immersive experience in the motor trade, Lee has had the privilege of navigating various roles at Sytner, where he began as a Sales Executive and ascended through the ranks to roles such as Business Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Operations Manager.

In 2022, he then embraced a thrilling opportunity to combine his love for high-performance vehicles with finance and joined the prestigious Dick Lovett Group, specialising in Ferrari finance.The stint at Dick Lovett fuelled his entrepreneurial spirit, inspiring him to embark on his own journey to establish his own business alongside Ben.
